«Análisis de la propuesta Operador de REDM: implicaciones y alternativas»
The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the proposal made by the Card Payment Methods Committee (Comepa) of the Mexican Banking Association (ABM) regarding the «RedM Operator» — a proposed central operator or «independent administrator» of the Domestic Card Payment Network.
This study aims to understand its implications for the overall Card Payment System and its stakeholders and present potential alternatives and recommendations for the RedM Operator scheme.
